MY PROPER FIRST name is spelled “de, APOSTROPHE, capital EEE,el,el eye, ess. In that, the “crypto” / CRIPPLE geniuses have made it so that a first name “CANNOT” be spelled as IT IS on one’s BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Therefore, the BALLOTS that I voice my OH( ! ) PINION  upon ARE TOSSED as ILLEGAL. The “RUSSIANS” didn’t “DO” anything to “SWAY” MY participatorial actions! It’s EASIER to get around the computerized voting machine, just by the FACT that machines are coded to be as “SECOND GRADE” as possible.
